ATELIER NOIR · Website information
Access,
considered.
Information about the current website’s accessibility features and ways to raise an issue.
Our approach.
Clear structure and usable controls are part of the website’s design.
The current ATELIER NOIR pages include semantic headings, labelled navigation, visible keyboard focus and responsive layouts. This page describes implemented features; it does not certify that every page works with every browser or assistive technology.
Website features.
Support built into the current pages.
- A “Skip to content” link provides a route past the shared navigation.
- Headings and page landmarks organize the main content, navigation and footer.
- Buttons and form controls use accessible names, with visible labels for data-entry fields.
- Keyboard focus indicators help identify the active control.
- Search results, bag counts in relevant interfaces and form-preview feedback use text to communicate changes.
- Layouts adapt to smaller screens, and typography uses responsive sizing.
- Reduced-motion styles minimize transitions when the browser reports that preference.
- Product and editorial images include text alternatives.
Current limitations.
The website is currently a collection of demonstration pages.
A full accessibility audit, including screen-reader testing and checks across browsers and devices, has not been completed. Formal conformance has not been established.
Individual pages have been created separately, and navigation across the full site still needs to be connected and checked. Product charts, live checkout, authentication and enquiry delivery are not yet integrated.
JavaScript supports filtering, search, bag updates and form previews. Some interactive features are unavailable when scripting is disabled.
Before launch, review contrast, zoom and reflow, keyboard interaction, assistive-technology behavior and any added third-party checkout or account services.
Report a barrier.
Useful information to include when describing an issue.
- The page name or address and the task you were trying to complete.
- The control or content that caused difficulty.
- Your browser and device, and any assistive technology you choose to mention.
- The result you expected and what happened instead.
The current contact form provides a local preview and does not deliver messages. A working accessibility feedback channel must be connected before launch.
