The details.

These draft terms describe the current ATELIER NOIR demonstration website. They are not completed terms of sale for a live business. The operator’s legal identity, address, working contact channel, trading markets and applicable jurisdiction have not been supplied.

Adding a piece to the demo bag or completing the checkout preview does not place an order, authorize a payment or create a sales contract. Bag items are stored in your browser. The current checkout does not collect card information or process payments.

The pages use the product names, images, material descriptions and prices supplied for the current collection. Exact fiber percentages, garment measurements, care instructions and live stock availability remain to be confirmed. Size options in the demo are not an assurance of availability or fit.

Displayed dollar prices are treated as USD in the generated bag and checkout pages. Final tax treatment, delivery charges, discounts and any other purchase costs must be confirmed by the live store before accepting payment. The demo’s merchandise subtotal is not a final payable total.

The original homepage states complimentary standard shipping on orders over $150 and 30-day returns on unworn full-price pieces. Delivery destinations, timing, return procedures, costs and refund processing remain unconfirmed. The final policy must separately explain any applicable statutory consumer rights; a voluntary return offer should not be presented as the full extent of those rights.

Sign-in, registration and password-reset forms validate sample input but do not authenticate customers, create accounts or send reset messages. The generated contact form previews an enquiry locally without delivering it. Use sample details, including an invented password, while exploring the demo.

The Privacy page describes the current bag storage, form previews, search behavior and external font requests. Hosting behavior and any future integrations require separate confirmation. Links to external services lead to sites whose operation has not been verified here.

Confirm the seller’s legal name, business address and contact details; eligible delivery markets; order acceptance and correction procedures; payment methods and total charges; delivery arrangements; cancellation rights; returns, exchanges and refunds; complaints handling; and the applicable law and dispute routes. Any liability or intellectual-property provisions must reflect verified ownership and applicable requirements. These details have deliberately not been invented.

A live business contact channel must be provided before this website accepts orders. The current contact page is a demonstration form and cannot receive contractual notices, complaints or requests.
